What we collect and why
When you fill out a form on this site, a free day pass request, a contact message, or a newsletter signup, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Name, so we know who you are and can greet you on the floor.
- Email address, so we can send your pass, reply to your questions, and share class drops, offers, and gym news when you ask us to.
- Phone number, so we can send you your day pass and, if you opt in, send you the text messages described below.
We collect this information only to respond to you and to run the gym. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, Battle Crew Gym will send you recurring automated marketing and account text messages at the phone number you provide. These messages include account updates, class drops, schedule changes, and offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can claim your free day pass and use the gym without ever opting in to text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we use your information
We use what you share to deliver your free day pass, answer your questions, manage your membership and account, and, only with your permission, to send you marketing about the gym. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile or opt-in information, as stated above.
Access or delete your data
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email us at [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
